Hi! I’m Lauren, your period dietitian. I help women in their 20s through early 40s regulate their periods, ease frustrating PMS, and boost their energy and fertility, so they can feel more like themselves again.

My clients are tired of extreme dieting, being told their labs are “normal” when they feel like trash, and that birth control is their only option to regulate hormones and manage symptoms until they want to get pregnant.
