Are you ready to regulate your hormones to feel like yourself again?
I combine functional medicine with compassionate coaching to help you finally reach your period and health goals for good.
Do any of these sound like you?
👉🏼 your period is irregular, missing, or unpredictable, and you’re never quite sure when (or if) it’s coming
👉🏽 PMS hits hard with bad cramps, bloating, mood swings, cravings, headaches, and/or acne
👉🏿 you’ve been trying to start a family without success
👉🏼 you rely on pain meds just to make it through your period
👉🏽 birth control hasn’t helped, caused unwanted side effects, or isn’t the route you want to take
👉🏿 you’ve tried cutting out food after food to “balance hormones,” but it feels exhausting and unsustainable
👉🏼 you’ve done lab work or functional testing, but don’t know what to actually do with the results
👉🏽 you’ve been trying to understand your symptoms but continue to feel dismissed by providers
If any of this feels familiar, I want you to know you’re not alone, and I promise there’s a clearer, more supportive way forward.
That’s exactly what I’m here to help with.
But before we get into how I can support ya, I need you to know: this is not your fault.
Most women I work with have tried really hard to feel better.
I know you’ve followed the advice you were given from various health providers or people you trust. You’ve experimented with eliminating certain foods, adding in various supplements or medications, and tracking your calories or macros. You’ve tried to “do everything right.” But when things still don’t improve, I’m sure it’s been easy for you to assume you’re the problem.
You’re not.
Hormone and cycle health are complex, y’all. And while there’s no shortage of people online claiming to have all of the answers and quick fixes, what works for one person can be completely wrong (or unsafe) for another. Without the right context and individualized support, it’s tough to make any meaningful forward strides.
This kind of work isn’t about trying harder. It’s about slowing down, taking the time to truly understand what your body needs, and responding in a way that’s sustainable.
My job is to very intentionally gather all of the big and small details about your health history, food choices, lifestyle, symptoms, and relationship with food and your body, and work with you to create a plan that will help give you your life back.
So how about we try to do something different together, yeah?
you might be wondering… how is this any different?
I don’t guess.
When appropriate, I use advanced functional testing to better understand your biology, and not just guess. This may include comprehensive bloodwork, GI-MAP stool testing, DUTCH hormone testing, and/or a hair tissue mineral analysis.
These tools help us understand patterns around hormones, gut health, inflammation, nutrient status, and stress physiology, and they’re tests most people have never had access to or proper guidance in interpreting. We only use testing when it’s clinically helpful and financially reasonable. No testing for the sake of testing.
I look at how and why you eat, not just what you eat
Unless you’ve worked closely with another dietitian, chances are no healthcare provider has taken the time to truly understand your food choices, history with dieting, and relationship with food and your body. But our food relationships are long, complex, and deeply influential. If we don’t understand that piece, lasting change is almost impossible.
I focus on adding nourishment, not creating more food fear
Even within functional medicine, I see far too many people put on elimination diets without enough thought for the person in front of them. This approach fuels fear around food, disconnects you from your body, and doesn’t actually teach you how to eat long-term.
My philosophy is different.
We focus first on what your body needs more of — such as macro and micronutrients, antioxidants, mindfulness, or even self-trust — before ever talking about restriction.

how we work together
I work with clients through a membership-based care model, with an initial four-month commitment.
What this means is you’ll pay four months of membership up front, and from there, you can decide what makes the most sense for you for continued care.
This approach is designed to provide consistent, connected support as you explore new habits, tune into adjustments within your body, and build changes that actually last.
Membership-based care allows you to:
Stay focused as you make changes, instead of losing momentum between appointments
Receive ongoing accountability and guidance as questions or challenges come up
Adjust nutrition and lifestyle habits in real time
health insurance companies I am contracted with*
*Please know that while nutrition counseling coverage tends to be pretty good, if you have a plan through one of these companies, coverage is not guaranteed, as all plans are different. Because of this, I require my clients to call insurance to verify their benefits ahead of time. More info here!
initial investment
Your initial four-month investment:
Insurance route: $356, which includes:
bi-weekly appointments (or the number of appointments your health insurance allows; this is often unlimited sessions, covered 100%, meaning no additional cost to you!)
four months of membership ($89/month)
Self-pay route: $1,465, which includes:
8 bi-weekly appointments (these are flexible and can be carried forward if all appointments are not needed within the first four months)
four months of membership ($89/month)
I believe in access to quality care, and therefore offer a limited number of discounted spots based on availability for those who really need it. Feel free to inquire about this in your discovery call!

FAQ’s
-
In short, no. Hormone and cycle health are complex, y’all. They don’t improve from one or two isolated visits. A membership-based approach allows us to work closely and consistently. It also automatically builds in accountability to really help you build momentum in the beginning, because I understand that change is difficult. I want to make sure you get the results you deeply desire, and an initial commitment to a 4-month membership is the best way for me to help you get there!
-
At the end of your initial 4-month commitment, you can choose to:
Continue the ongoing support membership at $89/month
This includes all of the between-session support listed above under membership details
This is great for those who want continued accountability, messaging between appointments, and access to feedback on labs, supplements, and cycle tracking.
1-on-1 appointments may continue as needed and are billed separately through insurance or are self-pay ($140/session)
OR
Transition to appointment-only care
Schedule sessions as needed
Membership benefits (such as messaging in between sessions, clinical support through lab, supplement, and menstrual cycle insights, and portal tools) are NOT included
Additional services may be purchased à la carte
There is no long-term obligation beyond the initial four months.
-
Insurance ONLY covers the time we spend together during scheduled appointment. It does not cover:
Messaging between visits
Check-ins and voice-note feedback
Ongoing clinical guidance outside of appointments with lab, supplement, menstrual cycle, or food log reviews
The membership covers this non-billable support so you can get the most support inside and outside of appointments.
-
The initial four-month commitment is required and non-refundable. After that, the ongoing membership continues month-to-month and can be canceled at any time!
-
Nope! While I find meeting bi-weekly in the beginning is helpful for accountability and keeping momentum, appointments are flexible and can be carried forward if we don’t need all eight within the first four months.
