Did you know your insurance policy might cover nutrition counseling?

Many health insurance plans have benefits for nutrition counseling for medical management of a disease or prevention of disease. While not everyone is eligible for insurance coverage, why not check?!

I am currently in-network with BCBS, UHC, and Aetna. If you have private insurance with a different company, you would be responsible for payment (see cash pay info here), but I could provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance on your own. You might be reimbursed by your insurance plan if you have out-of-network benefits.

You are required to call your insurance company prior to our first visit to confirm your benefits for nutrition counseling. I have a form below that contains the exact word-for-word questions you should be asking the customer service representative. I please ask that you to come into the discovery call knowing this information!

If insurance covers sessions 100%, that brings the package cost down to $500, which is required to be paid in full prior to the initial session. This one-time fee covers everything you receive in the 6-month package outside of 1-on-1 sessions. For more information on what is included in my package, go here.

*Please note I am currently performing all consults in a virtual setting using video chat.
